脈沖袋式除塵器是在引進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)除塵器技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上，吸收德國(guó)除塵器技術(shù)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，生產(chǎn)的高效率除塵器。集合分室反吹和噴吹脈沖等類型除塵器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，采用高能清灰和分式結(jié)構(gòu)離線清灰，具有清灰強(qiáng)度大、速度快、循環(huán)周期短等特點(diǎn)。

1、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)

脈沖袋式除塵器（或稱‘除塵袋’）主要由噴吹管、電磁脈沖閥、氣包、文氏管、濾袋框架、控制儀、排灰裝置、除塵箱體、除塵濾袋、灰斗、支架、花板等結(jié)構(gòu)組成，其產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖如下：

2、工作原理

除塵器的主要工作原理如下：

• 含塵氣體由灰斗上部進(jìn)風(fēng)口進(jìn)入后，在擋風(fēng)板的作用下，氣流向上流動(dòng)；

• 流速降低，部分大顆粒粉塵由于慣性力的作用被分離出來(lái)后落入灰斗；

• 含塵氣體進(jìn)入中箱體經(jīng)濾袋的過(guò)濾凈化，粉塵被阻留在濾袋的外表面；

• 凈化后的氣體經(jīng)濾袋口進(jìn)入上箱體，由出風(fēng)口排出；

• 隨著濾袋表面粉塵的不斷增加，除塵器進(jìn)出口的壓差也隨之上升；當(dāng)除塵器阻力達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)，控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出清灰指令，清灰系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始工作；通過(guò)電磁閥的開(kāi)啟，實(shí)現(xiàn)清灰。
